After the Milwaukee Journal Sentinelrecently reported on Michels’ hefty donations to anti-abortion and anti-LGBTQ groups, Michels responded with an old-timey call to violence.
Turns out when you spend nearly 50 years loudly proclaiming you’re hellbent on taking reproductive rights away from Americans—and then those rights suddenly vanish—people tend to notice who the culprit is. Weird how that works. And now Republicans, who’ve been prioritizing zygotes and Birds Eye instant embryos over poor kids for decades, suddenly appear worried that they’re going to be punished at the ballot box for doing the thing they kept promising they’d do.
