The time we talked about what’s a ‘feminist’ recipe, I think we decided it’s healthy, delicious food easy to prepare and affordable — because we got no time, money, energy or body to burn: women are needed everywhere! I’ve done this recipe twice — delish and easy both times. (My first tries often go great but the 2nd —and onward— may flop and I never know why...) This one may be familiar to some readers, even if relatively new to me. Sorry I can’t give a source: found it many months ago when my usual turkey preference seemed to hit a supply chain issue; I retyped this but then the supply chain perked up, so I only got around to using this on Tnxgiving and a week ago.

Note: altho’ stores call it tenderloin, it’s actually kinda breast meat, light, not dark.
