I am a national ERA attorney. I have an ERA Legal Blog that tells the TRUTH about how you both knew via your White House Counsel (attorney team) & the VP’s Counsel (attorney team) & many other top people in your Administration via my emails [on 6/17/22 (BEFORE DOBBS!!), 1/23/2024, 8/13/24, 11/19/24, & 11/26/24!] THAT ONLY THE PRESIDENT HAD & HAS THE AUTHORITY & Mandatory CONSTITUTIONAL “TAKE CARE” DUTY (Art. II, §3) to enforce 1 US Code §106b by telling the Archivist to PUBLISH THE ERA!!

PRES. BIDEN, YOU ALONE HAD THE LAST CLEAR CHANCE TO STOP SCOTUS FROM OVERTURNING ROE!! These are “BIDEN ABORTION BANS”— NOT “TRUMP ABORTION BANS!”
You both have used Dobbs VICTIMS for your own political advantage, & VP Harris, I don’t think you even once mentioned the ERA in your Presidential Campaign (apparently, covering for Pres. Biden) even though I believe you knew that only he had the duty to publish the ERA & he refused!! & that Congress can’t create any laws reinstating Roe, even if Dems get Congress back in ‘26, unless the ERA is published FIRST — meaning NOW.
You both must know that Trump will enforce the Comstock Act (a national abortion ban “trigger law”) & will likely have CONGRESSIONAL MAGAS reinstate its national ban on CONTRACEPTION that was repealed in 1971!!
I voted for both of you in 2020 and the VP this year. I think she would be an amazing President!

One of the DOBBS victims, Dr. Austin Dennard, OBGYN, who you used in one of your political ads, spoke about this case last night on The Last Word on MSNBC. (That ad is on my 1/28/24 ERA Legal Blog!).

On 7/1/24, SCOTUS in Trump v US, (link to case and exact quote in my 07/28/24 post) held that NO COURT CAN CONTROL THE PRESIDENT’s DISCRETION WITH REGARD TO HIS (her) Art. II POWERS. That means, there is NOTHING stopping you from publishing the ERA TODAY!!
If this is a Catholic issue, you have already committed Cardinal Sins by lying to the public in deflecting a duty onto Congress that they DO NOT HAVE, per Article V! — and your lies, the Great Fake Deflection, have caused great emotional and physical injury — even death — to PEOPLE, because you have continued to use the American people for political gain!!
SO IF YOU WANT TO GO TO HEAVEN, YOU MUST DO THE RIGHT THING NOW & publish the ERA, OR RESIGN NOW, so Pres. Kamala Harris can publish it under Art. II, §3, AND THEN HAVING DONE THE CORRECT THING, YOU CAN GO CONFESS and BE ABSOLVED.

Your so-called Women’s Policy Council has been working to SUBVERT WOMEN’s EQUALITY, in my opinion, as have many mainstream reprorights organizations, like Planned Parenthood AND THE CENTER FOR REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS. See my 1/28/24 ERA BLOG regarding the GPC, cancelling (not just postponing) a zoom meeting with our National ERA Publication Task Force, that ERA attorney, my co-counsel, Gina Collias, Esq., already set up with them, after they received my 1/23/24 letter (which is the spine of my 1/28/24 blogpost), and when Ms. Collias wrote the GPC Director about a week or so ago about the actual law regarding you, Pres. Biden, being the only person with the legal authority and Constitutional Duty to publish the ERA, the GPC Director wrote back trying to AGAIN STEER HER TOWARDS YOUR GIANT FAKE DEFLECTION TO CONGRESS, when Congress’ Constitutional Art. V power and duty ended in 1972, when it sent the ERA to the states for ratification. She also said she hoped that we were working with the ERA Coalition on the Congressional Resolutions! The ERA Coalition, in my estimation, has been intimidated throughout your Presidency to only focus on your Giant Fake Deflection to Congress, but now they have an Executive Director and CEO, who is smart and forceful, and she knows that ONLY the President can fix this now! They are all in on pushing you to publish the ERA NOW!
There is a new BIDEN PUBLISH THE ERA (.org) ALLIANCE, with many quick actions that people can do from their website. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand is having a virtual Town Hall on Dec. 3rd, and she knows that you are the only person who can make the Archivist publish the ERA. Click here to register. She spoke to the Archivist, who is ready to publish the ERA if and when the President directs her to do so.
President Biden, I am grateful that you championed VAWA. I went to law school in 1986 to be able to help battered women. I’ve represented hundreds in the past 35 years. The ERA will strengthen VAWA due to the enabling clause. Pregnant women are much more susceptible to being abused. I have seen this in my practice. I’ve heard, more times than I can count, that the domestic violence began when the woman became pregnant. It also makes it more difficult for the woman to leave. Some women choose abortion to not bring another vulnerable child into the family. Dobbs has increased domestic violence!

Trump’s Secretary of Defense pick does not want women in Combat!! The ERA is the only way to prevent Trump from blocking that. - TO STOP ALL POST-DOBBS ANTI-REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS AND MANY ANTI-LGBT STATE AND ANY FUTURE FEDERAL LAWS;
- TO OVERTURN DOBBS, BECAUSE THE ERA IS THE CONSTITUTIONAL TEXTUAL BASIS FOR REPRODUCTIVE CHOICE, AND EVEN BY IMPLICATION, THE ERA PROVIDES A FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO REPRODUCTIVE CHOICE, CONTRARY TO WHAT ALITO WROTE IN DOBBS, AND TO OVERTURN THE 1873 COMSTOCK ACT;
- TO PROTECT DOCTORS’ ABILITY TO PRACTICE MEDICINE ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS WITHOUT THE FEAR OF BEING ARRESTED OR OF LOSING THEIR MEDICAL LICENSES; WOMEN AND OTHERS WHO ACCOMPANY THEM IF THEY STILL NEED TO TRAVEL FOR REPRODUCTIVE HEALTHCARE FROM BEING ARRESTED; THE PRIVACY OF WOMEN’S REPRODUCTIVE HEALTHCARE RECORDS; AND THE PRIVACY OF ALL WOMEN’S AND GIRLS MENSTRUAL CYCLES;
- PER SECTION 2 OF THE ERA, THE ENABLING CLAUSE, A DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS CAN — ONCE THE ERA IS PUBLISHED IN THE CONSTITUTION—“CODIFY ROE” AND PROTECT THE ISSUES LISTED ABOVE AND OTHERS EFFECTED BY SEX DISCRIMINATION, SUCH AS REQUIRING RAPE TEST KITS BE COMPLETED WITHIN REASONABLE TIMELINES AND TO STOMP OUT GENDER BIAS IN THE FAMILY COURTS, THAT NOW OFTEN GIVE FATHERS, WHO ALLEGEDLY HAVE SEXUALLY OR PHYSICALLY ABUSED THEIR CHILDREN, ABOUT A 50% CHANCE OF WINNING CUSTODY OF THOSE CHILDREN, SOMETIMES TOTALLY CUTTING THEIR PROTECTIVE MOTHERS OUT OF THEIR CHILDREN’S LIVES FOR YEARS!
