In these chaotic times, if you’re not paying attention to politics all the time, it’s hard to know what’s true.
I’ve been paying attention for a long time, and my friends in Virginia asked me to reach out to you today.
Terry McAuliffe’s opponent brags about his four-time endorsement by Trump — as if that were a good thing. This guy is spending millions of dollars of his own money to trash Terry, who is a popular, successful former governor.
Terry McAuliffe has the knowledge, experience, and a proven record of fighting for quality education for everyone, expanding access to health care, and achieving economic success for Virginians.
In Terry’s words, backed up by his prior action: “We've got to think big and be bold to create a better future for all Virginians. I'm ready to deliver that kind of leadership.”
The Trump-wanna-be is wrong for Virginians on every level. His name might as well be Glenn Trumpkin.
He’s promised to ban abortion and defund Planned Parenthood. And he spreads dangerous anti-vaccine rhetoric and has actuallyencouragedVirginians not to get vaccinated.
That is not leadership.
Terry McAuliffe is an experienced leader who’ll fight for the expansion of economic opportunities for all Virginians.
Terry will fight for women’s access to reproductive health care. And he’ll fight for educators and students, health care workers, and all the folks who keep Virginia going.
The choice is clear.
Do you want someone who thrives on negativity and wants to suppress women’s reproductive rights?
Or do you want someone with a proven record of lifting Virginians?
There’s a lot more work to be done, and Terry McAuliffe has the will and the skill to get it done.
